Corrections

If a specification, certification or price on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Include the page and what is incorrect. We update the page and change its "last updated" date so readers can see it has been reviewed.

Brands and manufacturers

We are happy to hear about products, corrections to specifications, and certification updates. To be clear about what we cannot offer: placement, scores and rankings are not for sale, and no payment will change a product's position. Scores are calculated by a published formula, not chosen by hand.

What we cannot help with

We cannot diagnose your water. If you suspect a contamination problem, contact your water utility for a municipal supply, or use a certified laboratory for a private well. We are a review site, not a water testing service.
